I also create jewelry collections. Jewelry was my first passion and it has been a lasting one. I have a confession to make, designing jewelry is harder for me than painting. I guess it is because jewelry is three dimensional and you have to consider both form and function. A painting just lays flat. Thirty years later, I continue to strive passionately and I have recently taken up metalsmithing again and since I paint, I love to work with enamel paint (which is great for metal) for my jewelry designs.
